Charles Leonard

Charles Leonard was born in Windsor, NC and raised in Sarasota, FL.  He graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in drawing & painting from the University of Georgia.  Mr. Leonard has exhibited drawings, paintings, watercolors and etchings for the past 30 years.  His work is included in several museums in Georgia, as well as public universities and private collections, and has been presented to officials of the former Soviet Union, Germany, and Japan.
