John Mecray

In the realm of fine painting, marine art is a centuries-old tradition, and a tradition enhanced in recent years by the work of John Mecray. His powerful renditions of the great racing yachts have given us another perspective on the subject and have brought him worldwide recognition. "It took supreme ability to design, to build, and to sail such splendid vessels," Mr. Mecray is quoted as saying, "I hope that my work in some way enhances our appreciation for these extraordinary creations from a bygone era." In recent years, Mr. Mecray's works have proven to be quite popular, causing many of his limited editions to be sold out. We are pleased to offer Mr. Mecray's limited edition prints, several of which are sold out and in very limited quantities.
